We are an artist service company and we deal with;
Music Business Development
Agency and Rights
but most of all, we do a lot of hard work and laughter!
Punk rock got me here. The music and the "can do" attitude.
The creativity & heart of funk, disco and soul music has schooled Kwame to the necessity of change. Change, and the need for constant adaptation in both in music and business to Kwame is everything.
He cannot stand being told that he can't do something. He is rubbish at grammar and his spelling leaves a lot to be desired but he knows a star when he hears one or sees one. Kwame laughs a lot, has a great, lovely family and enjoys cooking and football. Many of his acts eat at his flat.
Having been in the music business for 30 years, Kwame has sold a lot of records and downloads and has been lucky enough to have helped build some big careers. He has a thirst for the new when it comes to music and works bloody hard.
I don’t have time for those who are not interested in hard work.
Kwame always seems to discover new artists in weird and wonderful ways. Ferocious Talent is a phrase that he ended up using a lot when trying to describe his artists. Whenever he would be asked, “What is so-and-so like?”
He would always reply, “The talent is FEROCIOUS!”
Jonny Taylor worked at ATC Management for 3 years before joining Ferocious Talent.
Currently, he is the General Manager of Ferocious Label Services. He heads up the day-to-day running of the digital distribution platform, gives advice on scheduling, marketing services & rights collection and provides real time streaming data for our clients. He also assists Kwame with all of the Ferocious Talent acts, playing a pivotal role in making sure everything runs smoothly.
Coming from the Session Musician world, Eddie has pretty much worked up an impressive CV for himself.
His love for music has enabled him to play drums and work with a plethora of artists in today's music industry. Artists include the likes of Ne-Yo, Bebe Rexha, Martin Garrix, Snoh Aalegra, Kiezsa, Etta Bond, Devlin, Tiana Major9, Moelogo & many more.
Eddie has always had a keen interest in working within music management and it became more evident when he attended Kwame’s Ultimate Seminar which enlightened him and also led him to the position he is in now; An Artist Liaison & Tour Manager assisting Kwame and Jonny at Ferocious Talent, looking after acts such as Blue Lab Beats, Cassie Rytz, Ruby Francis & Caitlyn Scarlett to name a few.
He also like to secretly sing & cook in his own time. Haha sorry, Edd!
Ben met Kwame at ATC management in 2013, since then they have taken on multiple acts together.
He looks for energy in an act, music that moves you in any way. He likes music that makes you feel, makes you productive, angry, sad or whatever.
The best music has a vibe, and that’s what I care for.
Ben is proud to represent such powerful artists who are writing some of the best music he has ever heard. It’s great fun to work in music but it takes a lot to get here. He believes that a hard work ethic and the ability to only accept the best are the tools you need in this business.
Maura was brought up on Milt Jackson, Charlie Parker, The Chieftans, Yes, Elton John and Super Tramp when she was a kid. A good mix she thinks!
Skip a few years and she found hip-hop via MC Shan and Roxanne Shante in the mid-80s. In 1990, she started DJ-ing and after many months of 5-hour practice sessions and nagging promoters with my tapes, she became Resident DJ at Fresh n Funky, Kat Klub and etc. for 10 years. She is Resident DJ at Mobile Mondays at Chip Shop Brixton. She plays vinyl there every week along side Mobile Mondays NYC DJ's Misbehaviour and Operator Emz when they are in town plus guests that include Billy Biznizz, Mickey D, Boogie Bunch, Cyndi from Handson Family, Claudia from Pure Vinyl Records, Fitzroy, Femi Fem D Vyzor, Size Doesn't Matter Crew and more! Monday is the new Saturday!
She runs her jewellery business - www.luckylittleblighters.com, designing and making everything herself. She likes PG tips, red wine and to have a good dance!
Her Ferocious duties include day-to-day everything for Blue Lab Beats. She doesn’t want to do accounts but usually does... Assisting in artists' videos and shoots is one of her favourite Ferocious things - organising extras, stylists, makeup artists etc. She does a bit of everything really; filling out PRS forms, dyeing artist's hair, booking flights, mending flight cases, congratulating artists for their amazing work, telling them off when they are ridiculous, applying for funding, helping out with Kwame’s insane diary, searching out and welcoming fabulous interns to the family and anything and everything that crops up and she loves it!

Kevin co-manages 'Baytrees' with Kwame, and works across various acts on the Ferocious Talent roster including 'Young Yosef' & 'Vivienne Chi', alongside running a private & corporate booking division, supplying music for events internationally.
Starting out booking & promoting multiple sold out shows & tours for emerging artists across the UK. This led to tour-managing rising artists onto some of the biggest festival stages across Europe.
Alongside management duties at Ferocious Talent, Kevin holds positions at PRS & PPL, as well as founding & curating a social enterprise music festival ('Donate Festival') set to launch in September 2019.
I am passionate about good music; regardless of genre, what an act looks like, or how many streams they have.
Melanie’s music journey first started when she decided to start a blog at 16. From a young age, she was introduced to a variety of genres stemming from soul, to hip hop, all the way to indie. She has a great appreciation for the music she grew up around as it has moulded her tastes today.
From blogging and attending The Ultimate Seminar, she secured internships in a label and became a part of the A&R focus groups. The focus group grew her interest in A&R and management, and is also where she met Kwame in 2018. She is now interning at Ferocious Talent, that has some of the most creative acts she has met so far.
Andrea says he has never been spotted without a freshly laundered, crisp shirt on. Apart from his love of fashion he is a passionate drummer with a strong penchant for management.
Kwame met Andrea during the careers fair at the University of Westminster, as he is studying on the Commercial Music degree course there.
He nagged Kwame constantly until he was given some work at Ferocious. He is now a Ferocious Talent intern and works with Kevin O’Connor as management support for Young Yosef and does day to day tasks for the Ferocious Team too.
João was born in Porto, Portugal, in the late 90s and has always almost had an unhealthy obsession with music. From growing up with legends like ACDC and Guns’N’Roses, to raving to Daft Punk and grooving to Sister Sledge and Chic, the passion for music and the drive to be part of this wonderful industry has always been there. Today, João can proudly say that he has achieved that goal. His duties within Ferocious Talent include, but are not limited to, assisting Kwame in managing one of our producers, Spacedtime Beats, Maura with accounts and Jonny with a multitude of tasks.
Joined the Ferocious family in March 2019.
Iggy worked at Sony for just 6 hours before we poached him due to his incredible A&R knowledge. With 9 months of intense musical input via his parents Kevin and Natasha, we can't wait to see his ideas for the Ferocious roster!
He has back-to-back meetings lined up already, and of course, the complimentary Soho House membership.
Welcome to the fam, Iggy!
